To charge a fee for payment by credit card (rate may vary from time to time)
To charge a late fee where invoices are more than 14 days overdue (fee may vary from time to time)
To charge an administration fee for the use of this portal (fee may vary from time to time).
To charge a fee where documents are required to be sent by surface post where these documents are available via the portal (charge may vary from time to time)
To charge a fee for copies of documents that have to be manually processed, where the documents are available within the portal (charge may vary from time to time)
To charge a fee for the manual processing of payments where the customer does not use the portal for payment. (charge may vary from time to time)

Trader Classifieds does not accept responsibility for non receipt of documents due to incorrect or missing information and Trader Classifieds will not reattempt delivery of documents. It is the customer’s responsibility to access the portal and regularly check their account status. Trader Classifieds cannot be held responsible if advertising is withheld due to non receipt of documents or non payment of account.
